LAUREN VINES
Principal Psychologist and Behaviour Support Practitioner
About Me
I’m a registered psychologist serving the Wheatbelt community since 2020. Finding local mental-health support can be challenging, so my goal is to make therapy accessible and positive.
Community & Family
As a mum of three energetic boys, I’ve learned firsthand about life’s everyday ups and downs. Parenting has taught me more than any textbook—balancing everyone’s needs is real!
My Approach
Neurodiversity-affirming: I celebrate each person’s unique way of thinking
Person-centred: You’re the expert in your own life; I work with you to identify strengths, needs, and goals
Therapeutic Tools
I draw from evidence-based modalities to tailor support:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
Mindfulness
Brief Solution-Focused Therapy
