About Me
I'm a Psychologist and Behaviour Support Practitioner whose experience has focused on adolescent and adult mental health, disability support, and parent coaching. I previously worked as a disability support worker for six years.
Life and Interests
I have a big interest in all things media, like TV, movies, video games, and internet culture. I know all about the modern day greats to our youth, like Minecraft, Pokémon, Fortnite and the like. I think our interests are a great connection to our mental health.
My Approach
I prefer to focus on what already makes us capable, and how to build upon those existing strengths. I approach practice with:Neurodiversity-affirming care: My style is not rigid and if typical approaches in our medical model haven't worked for you, then I won't expect you to fit the mold of any type of client.
Disability Justice: I acknowledge that the world isn't built for people with psychosocial and/or neurodevelopmental disorders. Just because this is real, doesn't make it fair, and my intention is to empower clients in the face of adversity.
LGBTQIA+ inclusion: I am well-versed in queer discourse and experiences in both my personal and professional life, and incorporate this into whatever model of therapy I use.
Therapeutic Tools
I have experience in a range of modalities, but most commonly:Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Brief Solution-Focused Therapy
Internal Family Systems
Psychoeducation & developing problem-solving frameworks
Professional Credentials
Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), Curtin University (2015)

About Me
I have been working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner since 2023. In 2025, I began delivering services across the Wheatbelt region, supporting individuals who often experience gaps in care due to their location.
As a PBS practitioner, I have experience working within complex support networks, reducing restrictive practices, and providing clinical supervision to other practitioners in the field.Community & Family
Originally from rural New Zealand, my partner and I moved to Perth in 2023. We have delighted in being closer to family. Now as I am providing behaviour support services across the Wheatbelt we are seeking to move further from the city in the near future.
My ApproachMy aim is to form lasting therapeutic relationships with each person I work with, to understand the challenges they face, and develop personalised strategies to increase their safety, relationships and quality of life.
I enjoy working with all ages but have developed an interest in working with young people, particularly those going through large transitions such as entering adulthood.
My key principles include being person-centered, neuroaffirming, and adaptable.
Therapeutic Tools
I utilise a range ofFunctional behaviour assessments
Quality of life surveys
Behaviour recording charts
and more to understand behavioural functions, risks, challenges, and goals.
Through understanding the function of a behaviour and their personal context, intervention will be personalised to the individual's needs.
No two people are the same.

About Me
I'm a provisional psychologist serving the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia. Most of my work consists of supporting neurodiverse clients and those accessing NDIS services. As someone who is neurodiverse myself, I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work with autism, ADHD, and trauma.
Community & Family
Connection to community is essential for wellbeing. I help people strengthen these connections and access the supports they need. I take a relaxed, non-intimidating approach with families and advocate fiercely for my clients to get what they need to live independently with dignity and choice.
My Approach
I use cognitive behavioural therapy combined with exploring what truly matters to each person. For clients who prefer hands-on approaches, I'm a certified LEGO-based play therapy facilitator. I balance warmth and support with practical, results-focused work.
Therapeutic Tools
My main approaches are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and LEGO-based play therapy. As a travelling practitioner, I strive to bring everything needed to create comfortable, engaging sessions wherever we meet.Professional Credentials

About Me
I’ve recently wrapped up a whirlwind few years at university and am really excited to be stepping into my role as a Positive Behaviour Support practitioner. I joined the team in 2025 in an admin support role, which gave me a great foundation and insight into the work we do, and I’m now looking forward to continuing my learning and growth within PBS.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors just as much as slowing down with family and friends. I also share my life with a much-loved menagerie of animals who keep me laughing and on my toes! Community and connection are very important to me, and I believe strongly in people coming together to support one another through both the challenging and joyful parts of life.
Community & Family
I come from a large, close-knit family with lots of cousins, aunties and uncles, who I see regularly. Being part of such a strong family network has shaped the way I see support, connection, and resilience. Navigating everyday life alongside others - especially when things feel hard - is something I’m very familiar with, and it’s a perspective I bring into my work.
I genuinely believe in the power of healthy lifestyles, and strong community connections in supporting healing and growth.
My Approach
My approach to PBS is person-centred, compassionate, and collaborative. I work closely with individuals and the people around them to understand what matters most, identify strengths, and develop practical and meaningful strategies that support safety, independence, and quality of life.
I place a strong emphasis on building genuine, trusting relationships and creating a space where people feel heard, respected, and understood. Clear communication, curiosity, and kindness guide the way I work, and I believe that lasting change happens when we take the time to understand the person behind the behaviour and work together towards goals that truly matter to them.Professional Credentials
Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), Murdoch University 2024
Bachelor of Science (Psychology), Murdoch University 2023

About Me
I have worked directly with people and clients for the majority of my professional career. In 2025, I began working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in Perth, and I am driven by a passion for supporting individuals to achieve the best quality of life and unlock their full potential. I value meaningful conversations and enjoy learning about people and their individual worlds. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cooking, and staying active through regular exercise.Community & Family
In 2020, I moved from the UK to Perth to begin university and pursue a career in mental health. While most of my family lives thousands of kilometres away from me, I have always felt deeply supported by them in both career and personal pursuits. I am also grateful for the strong support network I have built in Perth, thanks to my partner, friends, and extended family.Born to an English-Australian father and a French mother, I have been fortunate enough to have lived in six countries and grown up immersed in diverse cultures and languages, which has helped shape my understanding of people and communication. I now speak four languages. Most of my childhood into adulthood was spent travelling and learning languages. I grew up with two brothers, one of whom was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at a young age. This firsthand experience taught me the importance of adaptability, effective communication, and kindness, and has helped guide my approach to mental health practice.
My Approach
I believe that kindness, open-mindedness, listening and adaptability are some of the foundations of effective therapeutic support. My approach is to build strong, collaborative therapeutic relationships with clients, their families, and support teams, in order to provide the best service possible to suit individual needs. I believe that all voices should be heard, and it is important to take the time to understand each person's communication style in order to build rapport, trust and meaningful outcomes.
Therapeutic Tools
My preference is to work directly with clients in person whenever possible, while also being flexible to meet individual needs. I utilise in-person observation and discussion sessions, Functional Behaviour Assessments, skills training, positive reinforcement and mindfulness strategies. I also draw on my background in psychology and evidence-based research to develop individualised behaviour support strategies to promote long-term wellbeing and independence.
